Are the designs specifically Goan or Punjabi?
We distinguish named Goan and Punjabi heritage motifs from broader coastal or travel-inspired artwork. Regional phrases, folk music, landmarks and food references are described in each item; a generic tropical motif should not be treated as an authentic traditional costume or ritual.
Can I choose different colours or sizes?
Available options depend on each garment. Select a colour and size from the product-page menu before adding the item to your cart. If a combination is not selectable, it may not be available.
How should I wash printed clothing?
Read the garment's care label first. For many printed garments, cool washing and avoiding direct ironing over a print help protect the artwork. Fabric and decoration methods may vary by supplier.
How do I care for a canvas tote?
Spot cleaning and air drying are a cautious starting point unless the item's care label says otherwise. Avoid ironing directly on printed artwork.
Where should I apply stickers?
Most of our kiss-cut vinyl stickers are intended for smooth, clean, dry indoor surfaces. Check the listing before applying to bottles, electronics or surfaces that are exposed to water and abrasion.
Are scented candles safe?
Always follow the safety label supplied with the candle. Burn only on a stable, heat-resistant surface; keep the flame in sight and away from children, pets, draughts and flammable materials. Fragrances vary by listing and available variant.
Can I buy a gift for someone abroad?
Possibly, depending on the item and shipping destination. Use their delivery address during checkout to verify available shipping methods, costs and estimated timings before placing an order.
Can I return or cancel an order?
Cancellation, returns and faults are handled in line with applicable law and our published policy. Choosing standard catalogue sizes and colours does not in itself remove statutory rights. Contact us through the contact page for a specific order query.
UK consumer rights
Standard ready-designed products ordered online are generally eligible for the statutory 14-day change-of-mind cancellation period, unless an exception applies. Goods that are genuinely personalised to a buyer may be exempt, but made-to-order production alone is not always enough. Faulty items have separate protections, including a usual 30-day short-term right to reject under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These rights are not limited by a store returns policy.
